BCA National is a boutique Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering training programs throughout Australia.
Due to continuing growth in the company we are seeking experienced, qualified trainers for our Community Services team to deliver qualifications on our scope at the Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels. Check our scope on training.gov.au.
Our immediate priority is CHC52008 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management).
It would be advantageous if you can also deliver one or more of the following qualifications:
- CHC60308 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management
- CHC50608 Diploma of Community Services Work
- CHC51208 Diploma of Child, Youth and Family Intervention
- CHC51308 Diploma of Education Support
Essential criteria:
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- CHC52008 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)
- Extensive recent industry experience in Case Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian VET system
- Experience teaching adults and applying adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
- A strong work ethic
- Intercultural awareness and a flexible attitude
- ABN required
Desirable criteria:
- Degree or higher AQF qualification in relevant field
- Ability to travel to rural and remote locations
Reporting to the Training and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery, assessment and supervision of the training program for your assigned courses. You will work closely with the Community Services Training Coordination team to develop, implement and review programs to ensure client goals and expectations are being met.
