We believe in adding value for our clients. The BCA National approach is 'you should get more when you complete one of our courses'. This could mean a more flexible learning mode; it could be a designed result for your organisation; it could be a cultural change in the business; or it could simply be better training.
Here are some of the characteristics of our work:
- Training delivery is a good balance between intensive face-to-face training, work place assessments, self-paced learning (normally written assignments) and online tutorials. In our experience all these components are essential for a successful outcome
- Training is directly linked to work place application. For many of our groups BCA organise the face-to-face training to take place locally (anywhere in NSW, QLD or ACT) with one of our highly qualified trainers
- BCA offers a mentoring program using trained on site managers to guide students through their learning and give them confidence.
- Work based mentors also play a part in making sure that training is directly relevant to the workplace We provide access to your trainer throughout the course for advice and support.
- All aspects of training delivery – from recruitment to traineeship logistics and administration - are expertly handled by us.

- BCA National uses flexible delivery for all its training courses in the form of face to face training sessions, online tutorials and self paced learning.
- Each participant would participate in the BCA National mentor program which runs throughout each course and is supported by a mentor’s workshop.
- BCA National develops a detailed course plan, which includes an outline of when assessment tasks are due and which is submitted to the participants at the beginning of each course. This is essential for the participants assessment planning.
- BCA National monitors each participant’s learning progressively and keeps an online record for participant’s assessments and competencies – these records can be accessed by each participant through a secure site via personal passwords.
