BCA National Training Group was created to serve an ideal - world class adult learning.  BCA National learning creates a future, shapes a person's world view and builds the confidence and self esteem which make a difference.  It contributes to the community and it prepares people to make a difference in the new global working environment.

Our programs seek to introduce people to learning progressively.  We build competencies as people become aware of the limitation of not knowing or not having a skill.  Learning for BCA National is a journey.
