Who is this course for?
If you want to work in the disability or community services sector, this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to provide training and support to people with disabilities, helping them maintain and maximise their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. You will develop skills in communication, understanding of community participation, advocacy and advances in the disability sector. You will be ready to work as a residential support worker, personal care giver, home care assistant or support worker.
