Communication Skills for Managers
By the time a person gets into middle management, he/she will have mastered basic communication skills. They will be able to engage others and at least get a message across. This program targets managers who want to take the next step enabling them to communicate their own feelings and emotions, listen effectively and deal with the tricky and difficult challenges that regularly arise and create misunderstandings.
The program is facilitated by two different expert each of whom has experience in contemporary workplaces. This is an interesting program which may change the way you think about management.
