For every course program and every module within it we collect and monitor feedback from our learners on the quality of our programs, the abilities of our trainers, the course content, its' relevance to the workplace and the learners ability to implement their new skills and knowledge in their organisation. We always gain an average 90% approval rating from students.
The course is being made available with federal traineeship funding so that the course is cost neutral to NGOs for elligible participants. This program was originally only available to NGOs with direct funding from DoCS but BCA is now extending the offer out to all NGOs.
BCA will be running three courses, one for the Hunter & Central Coast area, one for the Western region of NSW and one program for the Southern region of NSW.

BCA National Training Group has been funded by the Federal Government to deliver courses under the Productivity Places Program.
Jobseekers who enrol in these programs can gain nationally accredited qualifications free of charge and improve their skills that have been identified as needed by employers.
BCA National Students, Mary Jiggins, Lianne Carter and Raelene Bradford Robbins have been selected for prestigious 2008 Regional Trainee Awards. Mary Jiggins works at Our Lady of Peace, Greystanes and is a finalist for her studies in Certificate IV School Support Studies Lianne was nominated after completing her Cetificate IV in Government and Raelene was nominated after studying Certificate IV Governance.
Expressions of Interest, CertIV Front Line Management
BCA National is seeking Expressions of Interest from any individual or organisation, in our Certificate IV Front Line Management courses scheduled to commence in the next few months for DoCs and DADHC. Please note that you do NOT need to be employed by DoCs or DADHC to enroll in these courses.
Federally funded traineeships are available for this course, meaning your participation costs you or your organization nothing. To be eligible for a traineeship, an employee must
Be an Australian or NZ Citizen
Not hold Degree or diploma
Not have completed Cert III or more inthe last 7 years
Congratulations to the 41 CEO Sydney graduates who successfully graduated their Certificate III School Support Services course Teachers Aide and Administration/IT.

BCA National Training Group (BCANTG) has been commissioned by the Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (DADHC) to develop and deliver a Tender Training and Assistance Program. The program is designed for service providers funded by DADHC in NSW. BCANTG is pleased to be working with DADHC to enhance the capacity of non-government service providers within the human services sector. The ultimate goal of this training is improvement of services for people with a disability and their carers.
