Facilitated sessions
- People learn best from other people. BCA National firmly believes that no matter how advanced technology becomes there will always be a need for skilled and experienced facilitators that can guide people to a new understanding and a new level of ability. Almost all BCA National's programs of learning have a face-to-face component led by an experienced facilitator.
Online Tutorials
- BCA National follows up on our facilitated sessions with webinar-style tutorials. This provides a point of contact with a trainer between face-to-face sessions to recap the learning to date, ask questions and get additional guidance. These tutorials are recorded to allow participants to play these back at a later date so that no detail is missed.
Self-Paced Learning
- BCA National provides an extensive set of course notes, handouts and interactive online resources to allow course participants to study when, and where they wish.
