BCA National Training Group builds skills, knowledge and confidence in learning through innovative programs

• We tailor programs to specific organisational needs.
• We actively use the feedback collected from participants and organisations to improve our programs.
• Where possible we subsidise our programs with Government funding to minimise cost to the participant or client organisation.

Tailored Programs

• As well as having a sample or standard delivery for each course we offer, BCA National's training team can consult with you to work out a tailored program for your organisation.

Continuous Improvement

• We rigorously monitor and report on feedback from our participants and from our clients to help us improve our programs. For every course program and every module within it we collect and monitor feedback from our learners on the quality of our programs, the abilities of our trainers, the  course content, its' relevance to the workplace and the learners ability to implement their new skills and knowledge in their organisation. We average a 90% approval rating from students.

Funded Programs

• Wherever possible BCA National will seek appropriate funding for course participants to broaden the range of people that can access vocational training.
