Our in-house Training Team and our 35 strong team of consultant trainers can provide a detailed skills gap and training needs analysis for groups, teams and organisations. Our analysis can be translated into a training and professional development plan that meets the specific needs of the client group.

Funded Training

Some courses that provide people with skills that are in short supply or that take place in a specific geographical area can attract Federal or State Government funding. These courses can be either considerably cheaper than normal or at no cost to the participant.

Where available, BCA National accesses funds from the following programs for learners:

  • Productivity Places Program (PPP) - Federal
  • Enterprise and Business Productivity Places Program (EBPPP) - Federal
  • Strategic Skills Program
  • Traineeships
  • Better Skills for Better Care - Federal
